The Washington County & Johnson City Animal Shelter is dedicated to not only enforcing animal control laws, but also to ending animal abuse and neglect. As such, they envisioned expanding their current offerings by adding a spay & neuter clinic to the new shelter facility. Having also designed the new shelter, TWA was able to seamlessly mesh the design and function for both facilities. The clinic will offer office and medical space for three veterinary practitioners, including exam, kennel, prep and surgery functions.
