Thomas Weems Architect provided design services for a $2.5 million renovation of a 36,000 square foot bank branch and corporate office building for Citizens Bank Tri-Cities. The scope of work included improvements to the exterior of the building, interior lobby and office finish upgrades and furniture planning, and assessment of environmental issues (asbestos abatement).
