As part of the on-going development of Elizabethton High School's Athletic Complex, Thomas Weems Architect was retained to provide services for the revitalization of the outdoor track and field facility to comply with NCAA/TSAA sanctioned events. The project scope included new perimeter fencing, track resurfacing, competition striping, accessory surfacing for field competition activities, and donor signage.
